Intel cooling from 1155 to 1150

Sorry for asking a question that I know I could track down rather quickly, but I am looking at anyone who has any experience using a stock Intel cooler from their 1155 CPU (i5 or i7) with a new Pentium G3258 (1150)? If it's good, I'd rather use the cooler that's kicking around from my i5 because it's 4-pin, rather than the one that comes with the Pentium which is only 3-pin. Thank you for the feedback!

if it fits in holes it'll be fine, its designed for a higher tdp so should be no problem. I don't think that they have changed the heat spreader height.
