Intel Core 2 Quad q9450 - nforce 780i mobo... NEED GPU UPGRADE HELP!

So i picked up my first gaming pc fairly cheap (100$) but its a bit on the old side. Im a bit new to all this but I really want to upgrade it so i can play most games that were previously on ps3 or xbox 360 on high settings. Im not trying to go crazy on upgrades because i have a ps4 and would play most newer games on it instead. What graphics card would you suggest for my rig or other recommendations??Here are my parts...

Mobo- EVGA nforce 780i sli
CPU- intel core 2 quad 2.66ghz
GPU- Dual Nvidia Geforce 9800 gt sli (512mb each)
RAM- 4gb (Updating to 8gb soon)
Power Supply- Antec HCG- 750
HDD- 1tb

A used 650 Ti boost would be a good bet also.

Yeah im actually planning on picking up a used 560 ti for 75$... or should i just spend a bit more for the 660 or 650??? And would 560 ti sli be overkill on my pc??? i found a good price for a pair???

560ti are nice for the price, but I would try and get a 650 ti boost for the extra vram. Don't get a regular 650 ti.

Go for 2gb 750 Ti if possible or 650 Ti boost.

Yeah thats a nice card, better than the cards i listed. If you can get it for a good price then go for it!
