Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 Overclock - Help!... please (:

I'm totally new to this overclocking this, at least with CPU anyways.
I would like to overclock my CPU to at LEAST 3.2GHz.
I've been doing some reading about overclocking here and there, and I think I got the general idea of it.
What I would like to know is what you guys would suggest for me to overclock it t with FSP and Voltage and what-not.
My system consists of:

800 Watt ABS Power Supply.
8gigs of DDR2 800 Ram.
Evga GTX 285 SC Edition.
Asus P5N-D Mobo.
My CPU is currently cooled with an Asetek liquid cooling.

Also, it seems the stock voltage on this thing is 1.5 for CPU.
From me reading around, it seems too much.

stock voltage 1.5? nope. where'd you get that info?

to get the 9550 to 3.2 probably won't take anything but a fsb bump. set fsb to 376 (i think multiplier is 8.5). that should get you there. if your cpu voltage is at 1.5, lower it immediately.

I got my Q9550 to 3.4 GHz. by bumping the FSB to 400 MHz. I did not need to increase vcore.

The settings said 1.5 but CPU-Z says 1.328. Is that still fine?

My Vcore on a Q9550 on my mobo is 1.2375 right now, and I think I can lower it further.
