Intel core i3 2100 vs pentium g2130

hi,ive recently came up to get a new rig and im pretty much on budget,the choise is between i3 2100(60$) and pentium g2130(70$) which one should i get?
I mostly play games such as bf3,WoT,war thunder.

so far i have:
Msi B75A-G41
Msi Ati radeon Hd5850
350W FSP group inc. PSU

The Pentium has slight advantages in clocks and IPC, but the Core i3 has hyperthreading. In most cases the Core i3 would be better.

don't even bother with the pentium if you are not planning to swap it out for an i5 in the near future. go with the i3 as its quite capable for gaming on newer titles.

well ok but if i get the i3 my MB won't support memory overclock so if i put Kingstonm HyperX 4Gb 2400mhz memory will it still work and downscale itself too 1600mhz or will it even refuse too work?

but those are synthetic tests aren't they? only the single core performance is better as shown here: http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/285/Intel_Core_i3_i3-2100_vs_Intel_Pentium_Dual-Core_G2130.html .,oh well now i have too consider because the I-3 2100 is cheaper but i will get a 36month warranty with the Pentium+it will support RAM overclock...,damn tuff call

i'll have too think this trough the night,if i can get a good deal on the I3 i will go for it if not pentium it is either way it will make quite a difference from my old Pentium E2200 @ 3Ghz,
(damn i'm just stuck with pentiums for the rest of my life aint i? this is my 3rd pentium...)
