on some games yes, but it is a fairly ok pairing

300w or better with a pcie 6-pin cable ( if you buy a model of the gtx 1050 ti that requires one )

For PSU, a quality 400w and above should be enough. Go for Seasonic S12II/M12//Focus or Corsair CXM/TXM units. They are good quality and affordable.

A very well balanced match of cpu and gpu.

The GTX1050ti will run on pcie slot power unless it is one of the highly overclocked versions that needs aux 6 pin power.
In theory, 300w will suffice.
But, I highly recommend over provisioning a psu.
It will allow for a stronger future graphics card upgrade.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.
Your cpu can run a card perhaps as strong as a GTX1070ti.
I suggest at least a good 550w psu.
You may pay a bit more but will not go wrong with a 550w Seasonic focus.

Those 4150 go really really well. Got my stepsons running on a h81 otherboard with 8gig ram & asus 650ti gtx 1G video card. Win 10Pro 64 bit runs most new release games without a hitch. !070 wounldnt bottle neck the haswell. The hassy to me is still 1 of the best boards for gaming on a budget gives the skylake new gen builds a run. I have thrown worse at my other stepson i3 4320 on a z87 board & i havnt been able to bottle neck any of these builds to date & trust me i try when i am tuning them in after i do the updates. If you can look at the rx560 4gig cards if your going more dx12 titles as for price i am about to try the new Radion rx560 as the price is right. anywhere from a 500watt to 600 wat is recommended tho if the 600 watts a few $ darer but better quality buy it. Dont go cheap on Psu & always size for incase of added extras like fans or extra hard drives why i size 20% more thsn i need as a buffer & psu age over time to losing effecintcy.
