Intel Core i3 530 OC on gigabyte ga-h55m-d2h ?

Okay here's the deal:
First of all im on a super tight budget so PLEASE don't tell me that i should buy that cpu bla bla...
I want to OC i3 530 on that gigabyte motherboard on a stock cooler.Is that possible on that board ? i have 6 gb of ram and Sapphire 7850 1 gb so i need to oc bcs of the bottlenecks that i have... i saw ppl saying that it could be OC'd to 3.5 Ghz without raising the voltages, is that true ?

Try 3.3GHz first with 150BCLK and x22 multiplier. Don't raise your voltages. If its all good then raise multipler by a bit.
