Can i use 9100f with XFX RX 570 8gb 1286 mhz boost for 144fps in games like fortnite, csgo, rocket league . and 60 fps for games like shadow of the tomb raider and assasin screen odyssey. and i have rx 570 rn

You forgot to mention at what resolution. below 60FPS would be more like it with some tinkering in in-game details. Also, what are you currently working with? List your specs like so:

Its likely that you won't get 144+fps in Fortnite as you will need a Ryzen 3000 with a better GPU for that. Your CPU will bottleneck the RX570.

And even with a Ryzen 3000 the RX570 avg in AC Odyssey at 1080p is ~45FPS at Ultra and ~60fps at medium.
