I doubt they would be using the best possible silicon for this. My first thought was damaged/bad e-core cluster(s) with a 12600k under clocked. However, given the power draw, maybe it's some kind of frankenstein, using a mid cycle update, something closer to an Intel 7 process (err... 10 nm +++)
