Hi i am buying a prebuild pc and was wondering if this is a good combo? It is really cheap (650 aussie dollars).

Thoughts? (wanting to play games like Witcher 3 at atleast Medium, GTA V at ultra, rainbow six siege at ultra)

If you want my honest opinion, it's just okay. Everyone will tell you differently but it really depends on what resolution you want to play on and settings. I'm not sure about gta 5 ultra but most likely a combination of high/ultra(mostly high) at 1080p should be doable for 60fps. Also you could save more money building your own PC therefore allowing for a bigger budget to buy better parts.
Do yourself a favor and at least get a 1060 with a more recent gen i5.

no it doesnt, its an upgrade but only when overclocked

the ryzen 3 1200 is inferior to an i3 7100

1. read what I said again, slowly

let me make it easy for you:

"the ryzen 3 1200 destroys that i5 3300"

no it doesnt, its an upgrade but only when overclocked

... seriously?

the ryzen 3 1200 is inferior to an i3 7100

$

I did no such thing

YOU said:

"the ryzen 3 1200 destroys that i5 3300"

I said:

no it doesnt, its an upgrade but only when overclocked

which is true

then I also added:

the ryzen 3 1200 is inferior to an i3 7100

which is ALSO true

its an upgrade but only when overclocked != destroys
