A "K" suffix cpu like the 4670K or a 3570K has a unlocked multiplier which can be increased for improved performance.
Perhaps 20-25%. Such a cpu needs to run on a Z87 or Z77 based motherboard which will have a bios that allows the multiplier to be raised.

Other cpu chips may have overclocking limited to perhaps 2% by increasing other parameters.
Is it a k processor? If it is 3330 and not a K processor then I believe overclocking is not an option. You will have a locked multiplier/core ratio and your base clock is highly un adjustable. Please someone correct me if I am wrong as I have never personaly overclocked a gen 3 I series processor.

What excactly is a K processor? Sorry im not very good with overclocking.

This might say if mine is a k processor: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/processor-numbers.html

On my motherboard i have things like OC Genie II (and click bios II) which is some auto overclocking thing
