How can I tell where the problem is coming from?

Hi mate , what do you mean " red light uefi bios " ? Does your system load ? Do you ge a blue screen of death ? Could you send some pictures please

my mistake its the red light for the cpu

no load or anything this is the second cpu I used

So im thinking the mother board... what do you think?
