I'm wanting to build a system around the Intel Core i5-3570K for preferably under 600 (Motherboard, Memory, CPU, and Cooling).

I'm looking at the ASUS boards ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 vs ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA

I plan to use G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) kit and a single Nvidia card (EVGA 570 at the moment)

Currently I'm using a CoolerMaster HAF 932 Case.

Questions:
What am I losing by choosing the P8Z77 over the SABERTOOTH?

What Cooling method should I use as I plan to overclock it somewhere between 4.0 - 4.5ghz and does anyone have a product recommendation for this.

I have don't any OC'ing in awhile but the specs on the i5-3570K look too good not to take advantage of it.

Let's be clear, if you are buying the Sabertooth you are buying it for the looks and the warranty (e.g. TUF components). If you want a bang for the buck board the Sabertooth isn't it. You don't like the Thermal Armor definitely get something else...

Chances are you won't know the difference - the sabertooth doesn't have much over the cheaper boards. I'd get the ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA.

Air cooling is fine for 4 GHz and a bit over - CM Hyper EVO is good value.

@bigcyco1
Thanks. I do like the look of the SABERTOOTH but wanted to make sure I wasn't over looking something it had vs the cheaper boards.

@bigcyco1
Thanks as well. Also great recommendation on the CM Hyper EVO. I was looking at that and your recommendation solidified my decision.
