Intel Core i5 3570K Heatsink Recommendations?

I just purchased an Intel Core i5 3570K for my system. Having it be a 3570K, I plan on overclocking this. What aftermarket heat sink should I get? I plan on pushing this to at least 4GHz. I was looking at this one:

I don't have a super large budget and I am not interested in water cooling. What do you guys recommend I get? Also, will I have a problem overclocking with my 430w PSU? I also need something that will fit in my Corsair 200R CaseMy system specs are in my signature. Thanks!

This cooler is better. - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099 - You should be fine with this 212, temps will stay under control better. Remember a small drop of paste in the center of the processor and let the Cooler do the spreading when you tighten it down, good luck.

Will I have any problems over clocking with my Corsair CX430? If so I may just hold back and buy a new PSU? (Which I really do not want to do right now)

Just got a 3570k. Using the corsair h100i. At default idle at 0.89v with temp at 25c. When loaded with prime95 it went to 1.07v. When just simply increase the multi to 40 the vcore at .141, temp max at 56c. Nice cooler. Highly recommended

I think you would see more stable temps with the Evo. Every chip is different so until you start overclocking you'll have to keep an eye on those temps. But you'll probably get .2-.5mhz better then the one you choose.
