Hello,
I have two Computers.
One is a high Performance and the other is a Gaming One
The i3 has a 3,70 GHz Clock Ratio while the i5 has a 3,10 GHz
I want to know in which Computer they are best to be

Solution

Yes. The i3 will handle the GTX 750 fine. In fact, it is no slouch with a GTX 780 either. But the i5 will perform better with it.
They are both good. The i3 is clocked faster by a bit, but the i5's 4 cores/4 threads out-perform the 2 cores/4 threads of the i3. What is the desired use for the machine? The motherboards should be able to handle either CPU if you need to swap CPUs around. But listing your machines' specs will help.

Alright so
High Perfomance Computer Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2V
Ram: 8 GB DDR3 Clocked at 1600MHz
CPU: Haven't decided yet 😛
GPU: GeForce GT 730
OS: Windows 10 Home
HDD: 2 TB

Gaming Machine Specs:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-B85-HD3
Ram: 2x 4GB Ram Clocked at 1600 MHz
CPU: Haven't decided yet...
GPU: GeForce GTX 750
OS: Windows 10 Pro
SSD: 120 GB Kingstone
HDD 420 GB WD Green

So i want to use the gaming machine ummm well for games...
And i want to the High Perfomance machine to do things fast and watch Full HD 1080p Movies also.

Depending on which revison of each of those boards you have, both support the i3 and the i5 with the first BIOS. So that's not an issue. I would put the i5 in the 'gaming' PC. Especially if you game multiplayer online where the CPU has extra work to tend to that it doesn't while playing single player mode.

Btw, either CPU will be able to easily keep up with much faster cards than the GTX 750. So as long as you keep that GPU, there probably won't be much noticeable difference between processors while gaming.

Alright thanks for the advice.

I have one question tho, the i3 is not true Quad Core right? so because im planning to upgrade my GPU in the future will the i3 bottleneck a GTX 780?

To some extent, yes. In games that are cpu-intensive and online gaming where the CPU has to perform more functions than are required when playing in single player mode, there will be some cpu bottle neck. The i3 is a hyper-threaded dual core, meaning it only has 2 cores, but thanks to the HT each core can handle 2 threads.

Alright so im gonna use this i5 for games because im getting a GTX 780 soon
From my understanding the i3 will flawlessly handle that GTX 750 right? cause when i get that GTX 780 im putting my old card in the i3 Computer

Solution
Alright il put the new card with the i5 and my old card with the i3.
Thank you so much for your help, have a nice day ^-^
