Intel Core i5 4460 vs i5 6402P vs i5 6500 Money and Performance-wise

Hello everyone, here I am seeking your help again.
I am on a crossroad between these 3 CPUs, which one should I get? For my country the prices are as follows: 4460 is cheapest - 215 dollars, 6402P is 226 dollars and the 6500 is 240 dollars. Here are the links for them.

What do you think of these three bad boys, would you suggest something else in the same price range? Keep in mind that I don't have much money and these price ranges are the maximum I could pay and i7 is out of the matter.

As for motherboards, I have looked at one of the cheapest and I think they might do the job just well. For the i5 4460 I am aiming for an ASUS H81M. And the Skylake CPUs, I think an ASUS or Asrock H110 chipset would do the job.

I would have to go with the i5-6500. Fastest clocks of the bunch and for not a hugely significant price increase.

i5-4460 is a decent option if you plan to keep any existing DDR3 memory. I would not recommend getting one of the DDR3 capable H110 boards, might as well go for DDR4 (Ram is really cheap right now)

I bought 8 GBs of DDR3 1 month ago so I am not planning to go for DDR4, based on that, shouldn't H110 be a good pick?

i'm, pretty sure h110 takes ddr3 and ddr4 so you should go for the i5-6500, however if not the performance difference isn't huge and your not going to be taking advantage of the new 14nm process considering your not overclocking

There are specific DDR3 motherboards for 6th gen chips. However, they specify DDR3L at 1.35 volts. (1.5 being the safish maximum, you can run most 1.5 DDR3, but it is not officially supported)
