Intel Core i5-4570 bottleneck two GTX-760s?

In the middle of preparing for a build. At first I'll be using one GTX 760. But would the i5 4570 be able to handle two if I bought another one in future?

The concept here is, any relatively modern quad core with atleast 3 Ghz perform excellent in games and can carry two GPUs without bottleneck.

Side question; what would two of the 760's be equivalent to? a 770, maybe a 780?

I am not sure, but sounds like the overall performance on the games that take full advantage of the dual cards, will be more than the highest gaming card alone actually.

Can anyone confirm this?
