Question Intel Core i5-6500 Temps question

Here's a screencap from Open Hardware Monitor. It's my CPU's temp just idle, maybe chrome open. Is this bad? Currently have the case open

It's a 3 year old install. Not sure how of a sudden it got so hot. Gonna try a new heat sink. Thank you!!
