intel core i5 6600 vs 6500

which one should i get ?
im mostly playing games like ark: survival evolved and cod bo3
my pc specs are: 8gb ram
gpu: gtx960 evga 4gb version
psu: not sure if i should get 550w or 600w

Even 450W psu is enoguh to begin with. Pure gaming, the 6500 is more than enough, no point of getting more.
