Intel core i5 6600k question, answer ASAP Please

[HELP ME PLZ XD123]

Hi I'm making a PC and I was wondering do I need an i7-6700 or a i5-6600k CPU?

With the PC I'm planning to mainly do gaming and maybe a little bit of editing, also I want this PC to be able to handle games coming out for the next few years, all help is very appreciated thank You!

I'd get a Xeon 1245 v5 over either of them. 8 threads > overclocking imo, and the Xeon is cheaper than the 6700 for basically identical performance.
