Intel Core i5 750 Overclocking need help

I want to OC my CPU but i am new to Overclocking...

would be nice if someone can give me tipps how to do that or if it's even possible.
This CPU is pretty old and i'd love to have more than 2.67 ghz

It's never a good idea to overclock with a stock cooler. They are not made for the higher temperatures generated from increased voltage.
