I have a Core I5 6500 that has 2 monitors plugged into it. USB and the analog input. It has been working since installing the I5 3 months ago. Now all of a sudden it will only work on one at a time. I have gone under display and it will only detect 1, and I tried the graphics properties as well to no avail. Should I contact intel?

Are you using a USB to Display adapter, or do you mean HDMI/DVI? I assume that this is a desktop...?

Please elaborate what cables you are using to connect the monitors to your PC. Have you updated your PC with the new Win10 update? If so try to re-install the display driver by downloading it from either your PC manufacturer or MB manufacturer.

Windows 10 up to date. Yes PC. HDMI and VGa connections used

Updated InteGraphics 530....still no detection of display adapter. Both monitors will work on usb and vga independently, just not at the same time.

All it shows is Single Display with a check mark and no other options
