Intel's 10nm is much like fusion. I wonder which one we will get first.
I like Intel, so far all my CPUs have come from them since at least 1992.
But AMD is looking better and better over the last 2 years.

So you went P4 instead of Athlon64 and Pentuim over Athlon XP ? your hopeless just keep buying what intel shovels out.

Despite the Athlon XP and 64 being better in most cases there actually were some cases where the Pentium 4 made more sense like gaming and in some engineering programs cases where Pentiums had better instruction sets to handle them.

It also didn't hurt that Intels CPUs normally have lower cache latency along with higher cache bandwidth than AMD and some applications benefit greatly from that.

The other side is he could be an Intel employee or work for a company that is part of Intels "Rockstar" program that gives a pretty damn near unbeatable discount on top end CPUs.
