When will the Core i7 11700K be out?

What will it cost?

Will it use a new motherboard chipset and socket type? Or will it be compatible with current gen mobos?

since the 10700k has released shortly and is far from widely available -- it will be some time.
it should release on LGA1200 and should be supported on current Z490 boards with a chipset update.
