Intel Core i7-1195G7 vs Intel® Core™ i7-1260P - worth is upgrade for coding?

I changed my job, and must replace my MacBook to computer with Windows 11.
I want buy Asus ExpertBook B7 with Intel Core i7-1195G7 , but I see that for Q3/Q4 Asus refresh ExpertBook B7 and added for this laptop Intel® Core™ i7-1260P.

I read that 1260P is better that 1195G7, but it is only synthetic benchmark.
In real world 1260P really such better that 1195G7?

I using my laptop for read documentation, coding in typescript.

The cache values and the core counts are higher which will benefit you when multitasking, although the clock speeds are slightly lower. I'd side with the i7-1260P considering it's latter gen as opposed to yester-years tech.

In this model difference between i7-1260P vs 1195G7 is visible? I know that synthetic test, 1260P is better, but in real world during work, probably not?

If you're running apps that can utilise a twelve-core CPU then the performance increase would be very noticeable. However, because you're just reading documents and coding then you won't notice any improvement at all.
