Intel Core i7 3630QM or Core i5 3340M

I am buying a laptop but stuck between two choices:
HP Pavilion d6 7300 Quad with core i7 3630qm
or
Dell Latitude 5530 with core i5 3340M.
Need some help to choose.

With both laptops with turbo the i7 3630qm is twice as fast as an i5 3340m.
i7 3630qm is 4 core 8 thread cpu 'Each core offers a base speed of 2.4 GHz but can dynamically increase clock rates with Turbo Boost up to 3.2 GHz (for 4 active cores), 3.3 GHz (for 2 active cores) and 3.4 GHz (for 1 active core).'

i5 3340m is a 2 core 4 thread cpu ' Each core offers a base speed of 2.7 GHz but can dynamically increase clock rates with Turbo Boost up to 3.2 GHz (for 2 active cores) and 3.4 GHz (for 1 active core).'

Then I should go for core i7 3630QM.
