Intel Core i7 3770 non "k" oc

Confused if it will be under sub-cat Intel or AS Rock.

Any ways;
The following are the specs of my rig:
Intel core i7 3770
AS Rock Z77 Extreme 4
Corsair Vengeance 4gb 1600 Mhz X4
Seasonic S12 II 620W PSU
Asus AMD HD7850 DCII

I know the "non k" processors can be oc d a little bit, which will be enough for me.
4 bins above the maximum turbo and all that stuff......
But I am not sure how to do that. Novice in oc-ing actually.
Should I use the axtu utility that came with the mobo dvd or do it manually through the BIOS?

my cpu cooler is the cooler master hyper 212 evo in push/pull config.

my temps hovers around 55-60 degree but I have never seen it crossing 60 even during benchmarking and stress testing.

a step by step guide would be very helpful.

thanks in advance. :)

Solution
do it in bios, just go there and its self explanatory...it should let you increase turbo clock frequency and leave everything else on auto
correct me if I an wrong here but as far as I have heard turbo only works for 1 or 2 cores.
what I intended to do was to increase the frequency of all the cores.
will that be somehow possible?

sorry but my knowledge in this field is a little too low :)
