HI
I am planning to buy

1. Core i7 3930k
2. Intel DX79TO
3. 64GB (8**GB 1600MHz) RAM
4. Western Digital 2TB HDD (Regular)
5. intel ssd 330 240GB
6 Coolermaster 120m water cooling system.

I have one 350w PSU in my old pc. Now is is possible to run this pc with Thermaltake 350w PSU

couple of things first. what are you using this build for? if its gaming, you doing it completely wrong. if its for a general workstation, you are also doing it wrong. unless you are rendering a ton of videos or running vms, you wont ever need a i7 3930k

and as for the psu, the thermaltake wont cut it. id suggest at least 550w. a good unit is the xfx 550w at us.ncix at 53.99
