Intel core i7 4720HQ thermal throttling problem

Hi. My CPU temps like this:

IDLE: 55-60C

Load: 93C (Runs max 2.22 GHZ or more horrible GHZ... bad performance)

I have a cooling problem on a new laptop. How i fix this problem? I need someone's help.

I'cant play GTA V. My GPU really good for GTA V. But i got Glitch and frozen problems because CPU gonna 93C and Ghz gonna 1.9 GHZ makes horrible lag and glitch. Not playable. If my cpu usage got %25, %40 temps still gonna 89C so high.

Take it back, its new so its not something that can be fixed.
