Intel core i7 4770k cpu - Asus z87-pro motherboard

Do someone know if the cpu intel core 4790k is compatible with the motherboard asus z87-pro? I have seeb somewhere that this cpu is not compatible with all of the motherboard who have the chipset z87. Do someone have this cpu and this motherboard and do they work well together?

i7-4770K - yes.
i7-4790K - yes, but you need BIOS version 2003.

And can we add bios version 2003 asus z87-pro? If yes, how we do it?

If you already have the BIOS, just go into it and update it with a click of a mouse. You will require an internet connection to do that. Definitely the easiest way.
