Intel Core i7-4770k Stock Cooler Normal Temperature at idle?

So I went to my BIOS today just to check how the temperature was on different things and noticed that my cpu (i7-4770k) was on 45-50 degrees celsius and I was wondering if this was normal? Im using the stock fan btw and nothing is overclocked. I have the stock fans in my case and I had not played any games before I launched the BIOS.

My Case: CM Storm Trooper
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 GAMING

The room is about 20 celsius degrees, still a bit hot?

Seems like my BIOS was trolling me... Downloaded a program which showed me the temperatures and all cores was like 35 degrees celsius so I'm happy

The BIOS usually puts the CPU under a slight to full load. Idle temperatures don't mean anything, so I would run something like Prime95 for 30 minutes and watch your temperatures. If they stay under 70c, you're good to go.
