Solution
1. Were you planing to game with the integrated graphics of an Intel CPU? That won't be a decent experience.

2. Those CPUs (4930K, 5930K) are from the Intel Extreme Edition series, they don't have integrated graphics. They are pure CPUs and are for professional work, not gaming. And they are quite expensive for a gaming PC.

3. Pairing a Core i7 Extreme with a nVidia GT 220 is a waste of money, upgrading the CPU won't make your games run better. You need to upgrade both.

What you need is a Core i5-4690(K or non K) and a new GPU like the GTX 970 or R9 290X.
If it's gaming you are going after neither one will provide more benefit in terms of performance gained over an i7-4790K, you would be wasting money upgrading to either the 4930K or the 5930K, and the difference you save on motherboard, CPU and RAM by not going to the 5930K can easily go toward a GTX 980. Using that old of a GPU with a high end CPU would not be advised.

Solution
I just want intergrated graphics to help my gpu tell i buy a good gpu but i want a good intel core (i7)with high inergrated graphics at the same i dont want to spend a lot of money on the xtreme edition i just what a high graphic intel core

You don't want integrated graphics for gaming. Those are only to be used really as a diagnostic tool in case your GPU fails. By the time you add up the cost of a motherboard, CPU, and RAM for X99, we're talking minimum $1200 here, which could easily be spent on Z97 + a GTX 970.
