Ive looked everywhere, i wanna build a gaming laptop, & i wanna put an i7 7820hk in it but i cant find where i can just buy the processor without it coming in a laptop lol, any ideas?

Building your own laptop isn't really a thing like it is for desktops. Probably the closest you'll find is a barebones laptop that you add your own RAM and storage to.

Build a laptop? From the ground up? Well you have already encountered the first problem with that, you cant buy mobile cpu's or gpu's unless its from someone who ripped one out of an existing laptop and is selling it. They also don't sell laptop motherboards, so again you would need to find one and its shell since many laptop mobos are proprietary and wont fit in other laptops. Building a custom laptop is not something many people do, there is no market for it that i'm aware of, it's not like building a desktop.

Laptop customization just doesn't work the same way desktop customization does. There just are no platforms in place like there are for desktops. And laptop CPUs really don't improve with each generation - except for maybe battery life. The 7820HK is pretty much the same as the 6820HK.
