[SOLVED] Intel core i7 8700 high temp

I am new on this forum I hope someone can help me. I am a software developer and I have been using my custom build with 2 OS: Windows and MacOs.
However I have been noticing that my CPU gets higher temperatures 70 - 90 celsius everytime I saved my code in Visual Studio. Also when I plug any usb vents get accelerated for few seconds then get slow.
On mac runs good. But when I saved changes in Visual studio code temp get higher.
When I change to Windows the temp gets super higher. I have to shutdown the pc because vents get super accelerated.

My custom build has:

• ASUS ROG Strix Z390-I Gaming LGA1151
• NZXT Pump Kraken M22
• Intel Core i7 8700
• 2 Corsair 8gb Ram
• Graphic Card Sapphire RX580 8gb

What are actual temperatures, you're experiencing?

"Higher, super higher" - this tells nothing.

Also - what is ambient temperature in the room?

Some possible causes:

AIO pump died,​

cpu block got clogged,​

fan on AIO radiator has died,​

system intake fans have died.​

​

Check if all fans are working.
Reinstall AIO cooler, replace thermal paste.

If nothing helps, get a new CPU cooler.

Thanks for your recomendation. I will try to do that. I edit my last reply with images of the temperature in the bios.
