Core i7 965 takes 1.592V to get to 5GHz, and I'm willing to be the heat output is...ahem...fairly significant.

On significant cooling a QX9770 was taken to 6GHz on an intel server board using two of them, the story was posted a while ago on TG's official news.

Back in December of 2003 TG OCed a 3.2G P4 Northwood to 5255 Mhz using LN2 on the CPU and Phase change on the northbridge. The Northwood is a 130nm chip.

I don't remember what mine ran at, but these guys apparently do.
