on water you can probably go up to 5.0-5.1GHz, but... it will take its toll.
the general consensus is not to raise v-core above 1.30 if you want to run the cpu for a longer duration. thus, your best bet would be staying in the 4.6-4.8 range /which will be dependant on your luck as there are various cpus in the batch - ones that overclock like a mad god of oc frenzy and others that aren't as stellar/ 😀
depends on your luck, sanity level and the bragging rights - 4.6GHz should be manageable, beyond that you'll need to invest heavily in cooling /not to mention getting greater numbers is heavily skill dependant/ 😀
