Intel Corei7 Code 32

I have an ASUS N53S which has just been restored from a hard drive problem. The Device Manager is showing "warning" symbols on each of the 8 threads on the Intel i7-2630QM processor with this message, "A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality (Code 32)". I have re-installed the chipset with no change. The computer appears to be operating satisfactorily, just wondering what the fix is, if any.

Used Registry First aid to scrub the registry three times. Then I uninstalled the driver for all 8 threads and re-booted. Upon re-boot the drivers were re-loaded and the "warning" symbol & etc were gone.
