Intel CPU compatability & Bottleneck

The intel i5 4690 is compatible with the MSI H81M-P33 mATX LGA1150 H81 right? Also instead of making a new thread I wanted to ask if there's any bottle neck between the i5 4690 and the GTX 960, thanks everyone.
