When i Switch on my PC, fans spin shortly and then within 1 second it Switches off again.
Removed all connected peripherals from PC untill only the processor and Memory is installed: same issue.
Removed Memory: same issue
Removed Processor: System stays on
MB: Asus X99 AII
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX - DD
Processor: Intel Core i7 6850K

Is the processor defective?

1| Please list your full system's specs as:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

2| If the system is self built, have you inspected to see if the CPU socket has any damaged or bent pins? If so then that may be the cause of the issue.

3| It could also be that your PSU may be faulty or that you have a grounding issue. You would need to breadboard the system and then try adding in components.

Thanks for your answer:

System worked without Problems for about 6 months.
Since last weekend at once there was this Problem.

Yes i did this already.
I also breadboarded the System: Motherboard, RAM, CPU
Still won't Switch on unless i remove the CPU
PSU runs without problems on other Motherboard.
Unfortunately this is not a LGA 2011 otherwise i could have crosstested the System..
