Maybe the High Precision Event Timer (HPET) needs to be enabled. Here is a cut and paste from GPUPI https://www.overclockers.at/news/gpupi-international-support-thread that tells how to check and enable it.

"To check the status of the latter(HEPT), open up a command prompt with administration rights and run:
SHELL:
bcdedit /enum

The value of useplatformclock should be "Yes". If it's not, you can fix this by running:
SHELL:
bcdedit /set useplatformclock yes

A reboot might be necessary afterwards."

Let me know if this helps..

"the element data type specified is not recognized, or does simply not apply to that entry" happened when i typed in the bcdedit /set useplatformclock yes. I coudlnt find "usedplatformclock" on the list when i ran "bcdedit /enum". I dont know what you mean by "SHELL:" either as that wasn't recognized. Thank you for trying to help me btw, is there something else to do? Do i have to enable this somehow?

Oh i misspelled it the first time, whoops. I did it and restarted my computer. It still fails at "CPU Frequency" part of the test. Anything else i should try? Thanks for any answers :)
