Intel cpu graphics?

what is the intel cpu graphics for?does it work as a gpu, so you wont need to buy a graphics card? or does it work with the graphics card to get a little more performance?

The integrated intel gpu is suited to business needs that don't need an all sing and dancing gpu. The latest models are capable of gaming at very low graphics settings, but a perfectly capable of handling HD video.

Most people would go with a gpu from nVidia or ATI if they need a little more horse power. If your after a good all round laptop, get one fitted with an AMD Quad Core APU.
