Well, I reached 4.4Ghz while running @ 1.32v (stock is 1.2v) while under maximum load, which isn't bad, considering if you have good cooling, you can go further than 1.4v. 4.2Ghz on stock, I don' think so, but I think you could do it with 1.25-1.28v. You have a great cooler, and your temps won't get too high. 4.2Ghz will be a piece of cake. The Core i5 2500k or Core i7 2600k OCs very very well with a decent cooler and a nice motherboard.
