intel dg31pr with Core 2 Q9550 ?

I can get Q9550 very cheap.
Does that Mobo support it?
If not
I can get this cheap too

Also planning to get GTX 1050.

Please mention guide for changing cpu.
My steps :
Remove old cpu
Install new cpu with fan
Install driver
Done

That motherboard does support the newer CPU (http://processormatch.intel.com/Processors/CompatibleProcessors?componentName=dg31pr).
You should be able to swap in the CPU, apply new thermal paste, mount the heatsink, then reset the BIOS. No need to install drivers.

Does GTX 1050 work with legacy bios or to simply say with that config.?
Reset BIOS , you mean CMOS battery removal and place it back again right?
