I have a intel DG33FB board and a Antec Sonata III. What I need help with is the front panel audio plug to the board. There are two plugs coming from the front of the case. One is lable HDA and the other is lable AC'97. Don't know which one to use. Can some on help?

Thank you, but I plugged it in and all I get is noise not the beloved patriot kind. I get sound out the back of the computer but not out the front. ???

Is there a bios setting for this? Is it a realtek codec? sometimes you have to open up the audio software and then connect, for it to know to route the signal there. It usually does this automatically.

Thank you for your help. I got it to work.??? Now I just got to find out how to make it where when i plug it in the front, it will turn off the back panel. As it stands The only way I can get the front panel to work is unplug the back.
