Hi, guys i found for best possible cpu for this mobo. I have 8gb DDR2 and GTX 1050 2gb.

At first i bought Xeon X5450 with LGA 775, but its didn't work i have no idea why :-(

So if someone know why this CPU didn't work let me know.
And which one do you think that i should buy.

thx!

I've but a X5460 on a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R and its running fine on 4.1 GHz
Not sure how the mod will work on your board though. And I highly doubt you would easily get the neccessary microcodes into the BIOS.
The easiest way would be to pay the extra for a Q9650 or Q9700.
If you google search for that motherboard model and Xeon, you will see that others have failed -- http://www.delidded.com/lga-771-to-775-adapter/3/

Intel has NO reason to allow this mod. They make money selling Xeon compatible motherboards. Why would they support this hack.
