[SOLVED] Intel DH77DF does not post

I bought a Intel DH77DF for my brother pc, since his died with a corrupt bios. These are the other parts in it. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Detsibli/saved/#view=HsbRTW

The pc does not post, without ram, without gpu, with no ram, nothing works. I have no idea what could be wrong. I bought the mobo off ebay. Here is the listing, https://www.ebay.com/itm/202952484249
the green light on the mobo turns on, no blinking or so.But when I remove the ram it beeps 3 times, as it should, when I insert the ram it just blinks 3 times. I dont know what to do and this us the 2nd mobo we have tried and hasn't worked. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Your Xeon E3-1220V2 doesn't have integrated graphics so it will only work with your dedicated GPU(RX460).... plugging into the motherboard video outputs will result in your computer not posting.

Do you have more than one memory module?... if you do try each module separately.

Do you have another GPU to test with?

Post the other specs of your system too: RAM, PSU.

I have currently in my other system that I can use a MSI Armor MK2 RX 570 but I have no idea if it would fit or work, the PSU is a EVGA 500 B, I have a DVI connected to a monitor from the GPU that, that pc has.

I have tried each module separate, each gives me the 3 mob LED blinks, if I put none then it does actual beeps, It may be the ram? It was working on the previous mobo, which was a Gigabyte GA-B75M-HD3. Here are pics of the two ram modules that I have for that build https://postimg.cc/gallery/Q50rnhs

Both the 3 blinks and 3 beeps point to a memory related problem... here's a link for the beep and blink codes on intel boards:

Clean off the memory slots properly with a brush(you can use isopropyl alcohol too, but you'll need to wait 20-30 minutes for it to dry off) and make sure you're inserting the memory correctly... push on both ends, don't be afraid to apply force, until the retention clips lock in place and the module is secured in the slot.

Cleaned the slots with alcohol and waited more than enough time, inserted each ram module by itself and in all the variations possible and nothing, no post.

Maybe the stopped working? Since its my brothers pc, he was gaming at a friend house, when he called me saying the bios was corrupted, he turned it off and brought it to me, from there, It would not post on the previous mobo, so I got him a new one, and it lead me to where I am right now.

Should new ram do it?

Have you tried clearing CMOS?
Unplug the BIOS battery(it has a little 2 pin connector onto the mothetboard) for 15-20 minutes then. plug it back in.

Did it, no post, tried the GPUs DVI, HDMI and Display port but nothing, every thing seems powered on, the gpu fans, the cpu fan and the psu fans too. no error beeps or blinks. just the green light on.

There maybe a incompatibility between the modules, since they are different.... but you removed that by running each module individually.
I don't believe that both modules went bad at the same time either... you said they worked on the other motherboard before.

BIOS cannot get corrupted just like that out of thin air... it can happen with a power loss during a BIOS update.

Have you tried swapping to your RX 570?
Can you test with the other PSU from your system?
