Intel DH77EB Motherboard

is this it?

it is a pretty bare-bones h77 mobo.
this mobo has only one pcie 3.0 x16 slot. to sli/cfx, you need at least two, typically. so this mobo does not support cfx or sli.

h77 chipset does not allow cpu overclock (your i5 3570k will stay locked), nor does it support sli or pcie lane splitting.

if you want to get a cfx sli motherboard on the cheap, try asrock z77 extreme4 or asus p8z77-v le or lk or le plus or gigabyte ga z77x-d3h.

It can support an i5-3570k but it will not support overclocking the CPU. It will not support multiple GPUs because it only has one PCIe x16 slot. Honestly, don't bother with an Intel-branded motherboard. Look for an Asus, ASRock, MSI, Gigabyte, etc based on the Z77 chipset. If you want to OC then AT LEAST get a board with heatsinks on the VRM and 8+ power phases for the CPU. And if you want multiple GPUs make sure it has at LEAST 2 PCIe x16 slots running at x8, x8 speeds. ASRock's Extreme4 is a good example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293
