Intel dp35dp and windows 8 64-bit

So i have this really old setup: Intel core duo e4500, with the dp35dp motherboard and for graphics card the gigabyte hd 4650. Can i install the windows 8 64-bit on that setup?

Well, so that means i can run windows 8-64bit on that system? What are the requirements for the motherboard?
