Question Intel Driver & Support Assistant error?

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Intel Driver and Support Assistant to update some drivers on a laptop. I've succesfully installed the software and rebooted, but when I ask it to check for new drivers it says there's an error scanning the system. I've had this on a few of our computers recently. We use Windows 10 LTSB; it works on some of our machines but not others and there seems to be no pattern.

Anyone had a similar problem and know how to fix it?

Don't use that intel driver and support assistant, uninstall it, then manually download whatever drivers you want from the laptop manufacturer site, or from intel site, like audio driver, or like intel wireless, or network, intel iGPU, intel mobile chipset, intel Management Engine Corporate Driver,

Because I don't knowwhat laptop you had,
