Intel Drivers Not Updating Asrock Extreme 6 MB(USB NOT WORKING!)

So about a month ago My old asus motherboard broke. I bought an asrock extreme6 to replace it(link below). I don't remember exactly which Intel processor I have. I side effect of replacing the motherboard was that all of my usb slots no longer transmit information, just power. So I've tried downloading a ton of new drivers, but the one I think I need which is the Intel chipset drivers crash every time I try to download them. Any help is appreciated, I can also provide any information needed.

PS: I'm putting this thread in motherboards because It seems the problem originated with the replacement motherboard.

Which version of Windows are you using?

Did you do a clean install of windows?

I am using windows 10 and I have yet to do a fresh install, because I don't want to lose all my apps for no reason. I will try that now though

First go to "Control Panel > Device Manager" and look for any yellow warning signs. Update if you see any.
