I have a Windows 8.1 laptop that keeps shutting off the Wifi access from my computer whenever I try to change, alter, or disconnect/reconnect to the Wifi it won't let me access the wifi through connection settings, Network Center, or even Device Manager.
Like the entire ability to access Wifi is being shut off entirely.

This has been a big big problem for me and I cannot stand it anymore I was so angry I was ready to punch a hole in my PC.

Here's some system information:
OS: Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
PC: ASUS Q501LA
Wireless: Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 (Wifi)
Problem: Shuts off during normal use, short or long periods of time.
During: Web browsing, Printer Scanning, Streaming, Gaming, About Anything
Short Fixes I've found: Restarting, until it shuts off again.

Solutions I've tried:
Deleting all PC files / Restore Points / Turning off Device Manager setting "Allow PC to turn this device off to save power" under driver options / Reinstalling Driver / Reinstalling every other driver / Rolling back Driver / Updating Driver / Downloading Source File and Replacing Driver File

After doing all of these I restart the PC to be safe.
I would really really really appreciate if someone could help me PLEASE.
I'm so upset right now I can't take it anymore. T_T

Make sure you have installed all the drivers for your computer, they are the updates to acess wireless connection you must install them. The driver is the disc the Wireless adapter comes with you must run it!
